Leslie Forde

Leslie Forde is a leading voice in working moms’ well-being, workplace equity, and the future of work. As the Founder and CEO of Mom’s Hierarchy of Needs®, she helps organizations understand what working parents and caregivers need to thrive. Her upcoming book, Repair with Self-Care, offers a practical framework for reclaiming time and reducing burnout. Leslie turns data into action, guiding audiences to shift culture, policy, and perception. Her core message: self-care is not a luxury—it’s essential. With research, empathy, and urgency, Leslie inspires change where it’s needed most.

Dr. Rachel Blake

Dr. Rachel Blake is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist based in the New York City area. She completed undergraduate at Princeton University and received her medical degree from Brown University. She completed residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. After residency, she was an Attending physician at Beth Israel Deaconess and an instructor of OB/GYN at Harvard Medical School. She is dedicated to patient care as well as combating healthcare disparities and improving maternal health not only during pregnancy and postpartum but also throughout a woman’s lifespan. Dr. Blake has served as a board member for Brown Medical Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2020. She is also a board member and the Strategic Advisor for Maternal Health for Chamber of Mothers, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing mother’s rights in this country. Dr. Blake is a medical advisor for Jayla Health, a startup company focused on the menopausal transition specifically for women of color, and a medical consultant for Tinyhood, a patient education platform that focuses on pregnancy, birth, and parenting. She currently practices medicine in New Jersey, where she lives with her husband and two children.
